Pastels or pencils are his favourite portrait techniques, but he's quite at home in water colours or oil paints.
Portraits can be in colour or black and white using pencils or pastels.
With Nudes photographic material is mostly used. The drawing can be made in a large size and can be in black and white or colour. The most usual technique is pastel.
Same golden rule as for caricatures: Good quality photos are an absolute must.
